Demonstration & teaching of classical Asanas, Surya Namaskara, Yoganidra, Pranayama and Meditation

SURYA NAMASKARA SERIES : 90 Minutes

Classical sun salutation comprising of 12 steps and its variations.

MEDITATION : 30 Minutes

YOGA PACKAGES

BASIC YOGA : 3 DAYS
This includes fat burning exercises, yoga exercises for eyes and neck , basic asanas, Yoganidra ,Pranayama,Mudras and meditation.
AVANCED YOGA : 14 days
This includes classical asanas and its variations, Surya Namaskara, Yoganidra, Pranayama, Shatkarmas, Mudras & Bandhaa and meditation


GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Never practice Yoga after a meal.
  • Never practice Asanas after a long period of sun bath.
  • Comfortable clothing should be worn while practising Yoga.
  • Some of the programs are not suitable for the very aged (above 70 yrs)
  • BP and heart patients and pregnant / menstruating woman.If you have previous medical history of heart disease, blood pressure, please confirm your consultation.
  • Ensure you have prior appointments for your sessions.
  • Courtesy for the next client, delayed show ups will not be given extra time.
